In ensuring our talent has what they need to be successful, we are led by a distinct group of senior leaders with diverse backgrounds in technology, business, and public service that provide the vision, skills, and judgment needed to shape our work programs and guide the activities of our staff, all while remaining grounded in good governance and sound corporate policy. In doing so, our organization offers benefits such as our flexible work program that fosters both in-person and digital opportunities for employees to connect with the added benefit of in-office and remote flexibility. Our program allows staff to flex their 80-hour pay-period time as needed with only 50% of their time required in an office setting. We are committed to consistently reviewing our employee programs and recently modernized our paid time off benefit providing increased time-off for our tenured staff and expanded our paid holidays for a total of 9, including 2 floating holidays per year that staff can use to celebrate any observance that is meaningful to them.
