Pros
Nice office, free snacks, beer in fridge
Cons
If you've noticed over the past week or so, MISOURCE has been adding fake reviews to boost their page. I want to share what's really going on. It's essentially a "good boys club" with very few clients, maybe two at most. The daily routine includes making over 50 calls and constant micromanagement. We had two calls a day, one at 8 AM and another at 4 PM. There is no proper training, and the training provided does not cover good recruiting principles.
I strongly urge anyone who values their career path to stay clear of this place. It is not a good recruiting role at all. Although I left amicably, I could not continue in an environment filled with questionable morals, uncomfortable LGBTQ slurs, and the constant use of derogatory language by the branch leaders. Please use this as a warning to avoid this company.
