I've joined because of a charismatic leader and the companys ambition to work on change management advisory, but those days are gone, because the company was sold to french group (ALTEN) resulting in the departure of all charismatic leaders and no more real management consulting. They sell you "bonus payments for strong performance", but don't and even pay colleagues in other group companies a lot more for the same job and less working time. Plus they provide you with a laptop for private use, but screen your private files and conversations.
