Pros

- Very Good basic pay - decent holiday package - dont have to work too hard if you are good with the right people

Cons

- extremely poor commission structure - extremely burocratic decision making process - endemic incompetence in mid and top level management (CEO & Deputy CEO are two brothers who are 31 & 27 years old and never worked anywhere else but in their dad's company, MIG Bank) - not possible to realise ideas as there is no one competent to assess them properly and make a decision on it let alone appreciate them; if you are competent then you run the danger of embarrassing your superiors by showing them up - general feeling of lack of direction and absence of solid business acumen and good practices in the company -management often displays very arrogant and ignorant "head in the sand" attitude in the face of practical issues raised and instead of dealing with the matter brushing it off with the sentence "We are a bank". Its absolutely incredible to behold when you see it.
