You have the possibility to work in big international company, to learn corporate culture and to have the possibility to advance. Great medical insurance provided by company. Educational trainings. For me it was interesting job, I liked my job.
Cons
Pressure on figures realisation, very often you have to work overtime (it concerns my department)
