1. Lot of learnings in the initial stage 2. Strong Brand Equity in South India 3.Strong Connection with every retail company and brand 4. Size and scale of Metro is huge compared to other retailers
Cons
1. Employees are underpaid as against the market. High attrition because of the same. 2. Processes are outdated and involves manual labor everywhere 3. Decisions from top management are very poor and expectations are very high with little support 4. It runs unplanned and decisions are taken in last minute to run the platform
