• Extremely top-heavy
• Diversity is extremely lacking. The top is heavy with rich white guys.
• Absolutely no work-life balance
• Unlimited PTO is dangled in front of you like a carrot, but you will never use it, due to endless critical deadlines and poor project timelines
• Management is out of touch to a degree I've never before seen at an agency. There are lot of people at the top of the food chain and they have absolutely no idea what the work is actually like.
• You will be expected to work nights and weekends. You will not be rewarded for this in any way - you will not be financially compensated for this, this dedication will not be considered when it comes to promotions and raises, and the most you can expect is being mailed a cheap plastic letter M, which is an appropriate representation of your value to them.
• There are no processes of any kind. I've never worked a single project that gave me the assets I needed at kick-off - comps are developed in tandem with development beginning on a website. Mobile comps are never given. Timelines are never accommodating to any of these issues, and Creative is just as surprised as us that this doesn't happen.
• Client services is not empowered to have your back in any way. They will never push back on anything, ever.
• They will tell you career growth is important and do nothing to grow your career.
