The interview process was relatively quick, and the location of the client site was convenient.
Cons
1. Lack of Transparency: The agency failed to disclose that the role at the semiconductor (TI) involves exposure to hazardous chemical waste until the very last minute.
2. Safety Violations: I was shockingly advised to wear "sandals" to a high-precision semiconductor site. As an experienced professional, I find this extremely dangerous due to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) risks and workplace safety (OSH) violations.
3. Unfair Contract Clauses: They demand a signed contract with a penalty for non-reporting or resignation BEFORE the medical check-up is even completed. This is a "trap" to lock candidates into high-risk environments without proper insurance or protection.
4. Poor Management: When questioned about safety and training, the response was unprofessional and dismissed serious safety concerns as "convenience."
