7yIt’s hard to know where to begin from your review. Clearly you’re not happy and not feeling confident to speak with your supervisor or any member of management. That’s a problem particularly when open conversations are encouraged from the first day of work. The entire senior management team meets with new employees during orientation at which everyone is encouraged to stop in, call or write any one of them. We know we have opportunities to improve and are working on them but it’s hard to reconcile your review with the many others that find MEMIC to be the right fit and a great place to work. We strongly encourage you to start a conversation with senior management – it’s the best way to help change what’s bothering you.
