Pros

People enjoy 9am to 5pm schedule. None is allowed to work after hours unless you own a key to the the front door. This place could be good for someone from Asia.

Cons

From March 2014 till May 2015 three people out of 5 IT employees left the company. CTO manager often shouts at the subordinates and his mood can change as fast as Yellow river. CTO was often stalking behind my back. He also demanded that all the work would be done in Perl. Also CTO was constantly asking me to buy his favorite book in Perl.

Stable business, some sales growth but not gangbusters.

Cons

Not much people management, most positions being filled with outside hires. Some promotions for the dev team. Intentionally keep people out of the loop on changes to processing and product.
