So because of the busy nature and schedule, sometimes things can get a little disorganized and files don't get completed until the 11th hour.

- Company is basically only about engineering. Excellent, 10/10 place to work if you're a forensic engineer, BUT, if you're not an engineer, it's not a great place to work. Little to no career development or progression. No promotions. It's not really a criticism, it's an engineering company, that's to be expected. - Work from home is highly discouraged and some employees are allowed it while others are not, and they have very different policies between USA and Canada.
