Pros

No delays in salary. We're allowed to eat in work station. We can watch movies during weekends when the management isn't around.

Cons

First point of contact isn't accommodating and knowledgeable towards employees concerns. Some leaders posses unprofessional behavior during working hours and not capable of establishing a healthy working relationship with other employees. The workload for employees are also increasing with no increase in compensation. Program increase upon regularization as per the contract were held for months and they use the pandemic as a reason for it despite that we did not stopped operating.

Pros

If you want to stay in your job and work here, look at your client instead of the management.

Cons

HR can't be trusted. They define "confidential" as sharing your issues with their relatives or closest friends inside the company. Low compensation and ridiculous system of accumulating leave credits.
