Strong purpose and leadership team, high growth, managing through frequent change - Vice President MDLIVE Employee Review

Clear purpose – across the board, MDLIVE team members are motivated by leveraging tech in new ways to help care for patients. It’s the most common reason my colleagues cite for joining the company and why a lot of long tenured employees are still around. Growth trajectory – the fast pace of growth is good for both business results and people development. If you’re a top performer there are plenty of step up opportunities. The growth has only accelerated with COVID-19 recently. Leadership team – lots of change over the last 6 months but new leadership team seems solid – they quickly ramped up capacity across functions to handle a huge influx of demand due to COVID-19. The leadership team has been transparent about opportunities and challenges (more so than any other company I’ve worked for) which helps keep team members engaged. They are forward thinking when it comes to all the key stakeholders…patients, clients, providers, employees.
