Management in my pod at least is super patient understanding and helpful. Never micromanages and gives you tools you need to succeed. Always open to questions

Work can be repetitive in a lot of cases but you are free to listen to music etc to break monotony

Really great management depending on the pod, super flexible work space, kind co-workers.
