Pay is well below industry standards and doesn’t match the level of work expected. Health insurance is weak and requires constant effort just to manage basic coverage. Excessive micromanagement from leadership creates confusion, stalls progress, and prevents teams from working effectively. The culture prioritizes control over trust, which makes it difficult to succeed or feel valued. Advice to Future Job Seekers: Be cautious! This is not a place where you’ll find competitive compensation, strong benefits, or much opportunity to grow. Expect a challenging environment with little support, where you’ll need to rely heavily on yourself to get through.
