Pros
Great coworkers and the owner truly cares. Some good managers. Great benefits.
Cons
Values expressed by the owner don't trickle down past the VP level, at least on the operations side. Expect an "Acceptable" performance rating to be the best you'll get (if you're lucky) regardless of your efforts or contributions. They will work you into the ground and replace you without hesitation once you're well and truly fed up.
