-$12 per hour (decent for field)

This is an unprofessional company. They informed me at 10:30pm that I would be switching from one client to another the next morning and that I had mandatory training the next morning at 7am, and that I had to complete two hours of prep work for the training. Many people in the training said they weren't scheduled to work that day. Some people had to do this last minute mandatory training while on vacation. This is unacceptable and disrespectful. The training was /all day/, not even a short 30 minute call. This isn't even the first time this has occurred. I have been working here for some time now and this has happened multiple times, but this is the worst instance. Once I got a notice that I had a mandatory meeting only 5 minutes before the meeting started, on my day off.

All benefits but healthcare are great. Healthcare is just high deductible. PTO great
