Pros
I have been working at MCE Insurance for just over 2 years now, MCE is a good company to work for, they have a range of opportunities for all members of staff whether or not you're trying to further yourself or thinking of taking a career break, or if you want to further your career then you can do a scholarship and get paid for it at the end of your course! There's even a management training programme called 'Talent Ed' that a handful of staff members will get invited to once year to take the next steps in their career towards becoming a manager. MCE Insurance always have events going on throughout the year from BBQ's, Quiz's and of course the Christmas party not only for staff but there's also a separate one for children of staff
Cons
You can earn a great bonus!!! But there is also a chance you can lose your bonus with the reason being if you're off sick, or you've made an error and this was proven to be your fault. This or even a family bereavement can result in you losing out financially meaning you have to seriously consider any absence and whether it is completely necessary. I understand if you call in sick or make an error you will lose your bonus but what I do think is unfair is if you lose your bonus because you can't make it to work for a family bereavement but its the company policy.
