Pros
Lots of well documented policies on various subjects. The fellow factory employees are nice.
Cons
I worked at multi-colors headquarters. It was hilarious the disconnect between the corporate workers and factory workers. Many of the people working positions have not been well trained on their equipment and have a basic understanding of what they are doing. Many complications occur during the machining process because you know what rolls down hill. The disconnect of higher management leads to workers feeling a sense of not being appreciated. High demand of performance and volume of work and irregular shifts leads to a high level of stress. You may get payed relatively well compared to your experience level but be prepared to become extremely dissatisfied with your life.
