Unstable / Toxic - Anonymous employee MCC Employee Review

I would not recommend MultiColor as they provide an extremely unstable work environment. They hire and fire people right and left which creates strains throughout the whole organization. You can't ever get ahead and are completely overloaded because of being short handed. There's a lot of old school management practices and toxic personalities in leadership.
