Beware of the PIP - Anonymous employee MCC Employee Review

Your title is supervisor but you are not going to supervise. 90% of your job is during the responsibility of a quality tech. Vacation requests and manning must be approved by a manager. If you work there and you get a PIP (Performance Improvement Program) doing your review you better start updating your resume. No matter what you do you will make a mistake and the PIP will be used as justification to remove you. HR is no support and most of the time they are not available for support. If you want to be a supervisor avoid this company.
