Pros
It's a great place to start, you can get a lot of experience doing a lot of different things. Management is very flexible and understanding with new employees and offer training. There's a stocked lunch room and the CEO BBQs monthly.
Cons
Communication can often get muddied leading to slow progress on tasks involving multiple people. It can sometimes be hard to get a hold of higher ups. During slow times there can be a lack of tasks and a lot of pressure to do billable work even if there is none available to you.
