Pros
Clean and nice office. A large-scale project that can enhance your portfolio, primarily focused on commercial and retail applications. Nice peak to check how a big architectural firm works. Amazing training, a lot of help to grow as a professional and as an architect. People are very nice and polite. But I noticed that there are job captains and designers for more than 3 or 5 years with no promotion, not sure what could happened.
Cons
Too corpo. Very low salary, I took this job because I was in the market for so long that I couldn't negotiate too much, my team hasn't viewed my resume, and they don't know what I have done. Lack of communication about the project and being very task-oriented. Like today, prepare this drawing and do it like this, no background information. Nothing. Very vertically oriented, the upper management is nice and shares strategic information but they can feel uncomfortable with tough questions.
