The owner of the company makes everyone's decisions for them. There is no real creativity in leadership. The team really liked and appreciated the last Director (I'd better put when he left, because there is a ton of turnover there too), the one that left in 2016. He was a great guy and worked hard to take care of the team. Now we have a puppet that makes promises in the same way. On call continues to be a severe problem, taking over work/life balance. There is a new company every 3 months with the amazing turnover because of various reasons...and not in a good way. In fact, I'm pretty sure nobody will have any idea who is typing this because which one of the 35 employees that left this company over the last year am I?
