Pros
Salary arrives on time twice a month, minimal management so corporate micromanaging is a non-issue.
Cons
Over-inflated reviews, Company lacks life insurance, critical illness insurance, long term disability, and tuition reimbursement. The compensation that is provided whether salary or benefits is middle of the road, I guess this is what they call "competitive". CEOs listed and those running the company are two different sets of people, most will never see the CEOs but will see the Managing Partners.
