Worst company to work for, they treat you as slave and you need to be on call support for 24 hr. Pathetic roles dont ever join as tech lead or technical analyst . Its just dummy role and you will work as developer and will be responsible for all mistake done by your team on whom you dont have control. Micro management is happening at all level and you will feel you are n scholl may be worst than that. Non tech manager pretend to learn techs and command to do the worst idea what they suggest, oh yeah you can learn excel from them they are expert in it. Non tech manager will analyse you just by number of mail sent, surely they will not or ever understand what developer effort in tech development requird, feels like hell if you are not under right manager, this is not about all manager their are stuffed tech manager as well ppl love to work with them and drive goal. Manager will note your support sms ring tone as well so wild it is but yes. He wants it to be loud and long ring so you dont miss it. Pathetic. Mid of bath, lunch, coffee break you need to work immediatetly if you get support sms for issue. All these will not be said in interview process. Worst part is you will end up supporting aged systems or out dated system as support for 24hrs.. these will never add value in your resume. Lastly note it, you only will do support most of time and it may not be your system or application!! Development are very rare and its done by sw vendor companies. They use lots of products no inhouse developed products. You will be luck if you had good US team, otherwise there will be lot of discrimination in the team between Bangalore & columbus team. Last, HR are the worst team here, this company has no role for HR, they are here for just arranging lunch, give compliment gift given by lbrand, dec month parties. Dummy role for them.
