Pros
The clients are mostly cool and very kind people
Cons
• Paychecks were almost always late—often by many days or weeks. It was never clear when anyone would get paid, and excuses were constant. • Leadership is toxic and unresponsive. The owner disappeared for long stretches, ignored messages, and failed to communicate on anything important—including payroll. • No structure, no transparency, and no accountability. Expectations were unclear, priorities changed daily, and employees were left to guess what to do. • High stress and low support. People were burned out, juggling responsibilities without direction. • Promises of improvements never materialized. Issues repeated over and over throughout my employment. - I was there a very short time and 6 employees including myself quit in that time with nothing lined up. That’s how bad it was.
