Pros

Good colleagues and decent middle management Opportunity to expand responsibilities quickly Strong training system for technical skills, access to Microsoft related knowledge Flat org structure Good 401k

Cons

Extremely rude, unprofessional CEO prone to micromanagement. Creates arbitrary and hostile work environment. Results in half his company being staffed with competent but beaten down H1Bs (they can't leave). Vicious cycle. His wife: far more effective and probably main reason the company functions effectively to any extent. Time zone differences create chaos in personal schedules. Monthly payroll can cause issues early on, no big deal. Long hours accompanied by low morale. High turnover damages project continuity. Lower pay than competition. Poor office facilities in Redmond (although with free parking and good proximity to Microsoft) Health benefits are so-so (very high deductible on medical, but good dental/vision).

Pros

Started here right out of college and it’s been a great learning journey. Got hands-on with new technologies, including agentic AI, and worked directly with customers on impactful projects. The company encourages using AI tools to improve productivity. If you’re open to continuous learning, you’ll thrive here.

Cons

Fast-paced environment can be overwhelming at first, but you get used to it and grow quickly.

Cons

Employees are treated as tools rather than people, with a strong focus on results and little regard for employee well-being. HR and management appear to be aligned primarily with the company's interests. Compensation growth is limited, and long working hours are common. The day often starts with meetings at 8 a.m., requires office attendance from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and continues with additional meetings until as late as 10 p.m.
