The leadership across the organization is thoughtful, paying attention to the needs and feedback of all team members. The opportunities to feel the mission in real-time are abundant. The financial and structural elements of the organization are transparent and accessible to everyone on staff. Overall, I can't say enough good things.

The team battles against lots of misinformation in the media and the public regarding charter schools. This noise is highly frustrating, and can distract from the real work.
