Pros
Working conditions are good, telecommuting is often possible. Many coworkers are pleasant. Free parking. Can't think of anything else to fill up the twenty-word minimum.
Cons
Very political, poorly-written internal software, extreme micromanagement of experienced people by bosses who have little if any clue, huge amounts of time wasted in unproductive meetings, management by fear. I witnessed the most abusive public berating of employees by managers that I have ever seen.
