      Pros

      Had steady contract work for me for over 15 years. First few years featured big salary bumps that leveled off over time (but that's to be expected). Generous PTO accrual. Good management that grants flexibility and autonomy to employees

      Cons

      Limited to cost-of-living increases over recent years. 401(k) matching is mediocre. No bench if contract work is temporarily unavailable.
