The company I worked for was acquired by ManTech. I had previous poor experiences working with ManTech teams prior to the acquisition. I gave it six months, hoping that the division my team was in would be an A-okay part of the organization. They were awful. They pressed me to push high paid team members out or to part-time, and I could not in good conscience do that. They forced me to pick people who were on the ManTech bench that were not a good fit for our team, plus were paid higher than the people they were trying to squeeze out. Also, the benefits were an enormous step down from the small company we came from. Although I knew I would miss my team I am glad I left and had 2 job offers immediately.
