- meat grinder - poor talent management - cowards in the face of clients - these people will never ever stand up for you One time, my management told my unit that we would all be able to get training that year. When I went to use the promised funding for education, I was told that another unit had spent the budget. Very cool, Mantech. Another time, a client was mistreating mantech staff. I was getting shouted at loudly on a daily basis. I ended up getting a write up and the problem was never addressed with the client.
