Pros
When the government contract I was working on was won by ManTech, it felt like I had been given the keys to the kingdom. There was suddenly a wealth of corporate resources available on the intranet (like on-line classes) that I'd never had before.
Cons
Local management of the contract was ruthless, and outside of in-processing, I never saw another ManTech representative.
