Toxic environment Tried to not pay me my first two weeks saying they got my details wrong Racist and sexist comments from leadership Bullying of all staff especially women Took on bad clients including one obvious fraudster In a team 8, turned over 12 staff in three months Constant legal troubles Massive financial troubles Screaming matches between leadership

Everyone was good to work with except the owners Jim and Julie. Dave, the head designer, is good at his job and easy to communicate with. The work had good variety, as does any agency job.

Overall very oppressive management and bad communication from Jim and Julie. Lots of turnover with staff, particularly designers. Some of the racist comments said while I was there was, "I don't want to see any acknowledgment of country, it's our land now." and "They can't swim anyways" when referring to the indigenous people's land rights case in the NT with an offshore drilling company.
