It's exciting to be part of an innovative startup company. It's a very small team, with a family vibe to it, and as a result, there is a deep feeling of respect and caring between the team members. It feels like being part of an awesome family. Since we are a global company with team members from many different countries, we are accustomed to working virtually. The impact of COVID 19 was minimal on our team in that respect and the move to working completely virtual has been smooth. It's fun to meet and interact with our supporters and get to know a myriad of different people from all walks of life. In short, it's a fun job and a joy to work with the other team members of MAGFAST! It's a company that inspires loyalty and dedication.
Cons
This is a crowdfunded project. The uncertainty that comes with that creates a bit of stress, particularly in customer service. Dealing with customers can sometimes be a thankless job, people can be exceptionally abusive and rude. Thankfully that is only a small percentage of the people we interact with.
