Pros
People are really nice and friendly
Cons
Firstly, if you look at the rating trend you will see a huge uptick in 2018, around the same time HR encouraged people to leave reviews as it was damaging the brand, I've yet too see someone leave the company that had anything good to say outside of they would miss the people they worked with. 1) Management doesn't care about anyone that isn't one of their hand picked chosen ones (typically a friend they got a job at made.com), which you then enjoy insanely high wage, freedom to do as your please. However, for everyone else you can enjoy a below average wage, 1% yearly increase, treated like any idea you have is stupid. 2) The business has no clue what it wants to do tomorrow, this comes down from the CEO that could come up to a random person desk, micro manage them, telling them a task is the most important thing for the company. You as the employee work all weekend, then on Monday they tell you that it doesn't matter and won't be looked at till next year. 3) "Perks" you might read in other posts are a lie, you get medical that costs you £200+ a year, some stale bread with off brand nutella, 3-4 piece of fruit per a floor of employes. Recent parties have all been in the basement, and we once had to share a bag of haribo and 1 drink each. 4) Instead of investing in actually people to do work (lord knows everyone is over worked) they have instead just added more and more layers of middle management, that all really do nothing important at the company outside of slow down progress.
