The bare minimum communication was provided. I waited 4 months for detail towels to be either washed or bought new so I had to had wash. No help in my area when absolutely needed. The Owner has no problem disrespecting you, making inappropriate comments and on his worse days when he became irked & violent around work equipment. I came here to learn and I was belittled. Group meetings are for communicating issues we all had didn’t help with people doing their jobs correctly and in a clean formation. My team finished their job in an unclean manner when it came to doing their job so I had to take EXTRA time to clean (Paint,Primer & Bondo removal), when it came to speaking up in meetings nothing changed. Management knew this was happening and still grilled me on timing. Last the small work space made it hard to do your job because people will block your area in with equipment, boxes and unfinished cars.
