Pros
The pay is just ok. The benefits are pretty good as far as paid vacations and paid holidays. I like that you work 4 hours on Sunday and get paid for 8. Im not sure how good the insurance is. I'm still covered under my parents.
Cons
The commissions should be more. It seems to be too many back and forth changes as far as the leases and company policies which is rather annoying.
