      Salaries are above average in field and there is no micro managing.

      Cons

      .... there's little to no management or managerial support. Very sink or swim, which may be fine of they hired qualified people... which they mostly don't. Owner is a megalomaniac who likes to think he knows people but instead exercises his power to manipulate and control people. Real POS.

      Zero Supervision, if you are dodgy you can get away with anything

      Cons

      Poor communication, Zero appreciation, Dead-end career, No one to replace you when you are sick Wants you to do overtime without overtime compensation. Always wants you to sign EBA and VOT even thought they know that you are required!!! Set to go down with this kind of behaviour Over promises and under deliver is a must with this organisation
