Cons
1. According to me this is not the company to work with, Its like wasting your precious time and health and wealth. 2. It does't matter to the management whether you are hard working or not, what matters is how much extra time break you took, how much time you talked to your colleague, I have seen and experienced all this. 3. As per me donkey work is considered as working and not smart working, if you work for more than office hours then you are working or else management things you come to pass the time and not to work, They don't know how smart people work. 4. Deduction in salary is the main job of the management in this company & I have seen and gone through this. 5. According to me and what i have experienced in this company, the worst part is that management doesn't listen to experienced developers they listen to freshers. 6. According to me this is not a safe for girls, as have heard many incidents. 7. When you are leaving company, you are tortured and also your cost is being counted to you by the HR & CEO. 8. I have also heard that many employees have not yet received their salary as they left the job. 9. The worst experience of my personal was when i questioned management regarding the rules and regulations of the company, I was given a Termination letter on the same day itself. 10. Last but not least, According to me I just wasted my time by getting into this company, As the CEO doesn't know how to do business and this himself as Entrepreneur. 11. There are no senior developers in the company, All the senior employees left the job, According to me this cannot be a co-incident as there must be major fault of the management and company and not of the employees. 12.
