      Pros

      Remote work is offered to those who qualify.

      Cons

      The culture is gone. They hired an efficiency "expert" and the micromanagement is very stifling. They have moved from inviting creativity to wanting time clock punchers. The entire management of this company is either related or friends, if you're not part of that group its very uncomfortable. Management is dishonest about everything. Healthcare is basically non-existent.

      -The position requires me to be at the office each day -Some departments work remotely 100% of the time, with no engagement -Benefits for families are a little high

      Pros

      You will never, ever be bored at this company. The staff is expert and the company has a "work hard, play hard" mentality which I find refreshing. Very little turn over rate. Company CEO is sharp and personable. Company's line of business is sound and their ambition is well balanced. Very customer service oriented, they really do take the "Customer is #1" to heart, nice to see that in a company these days.

      Cons

      No one comes to LynxSpring for the benefits. Pay rates are much lower here, too. Expect 20-30% reduction in some fields, especially technical.
