The Lyda team are such a warm, welcoming, fun bunch of professionals to work with. They're great with communication & transparency, & have lots of cool clients, so there's always something new & interesting. They pay well, & always on time, & are just an overall joy to work with.

-The biggest con of this company is really just the limitations that come with any small organization. Growth is more limited because team sizes are small, and you feel a bigger strain when people take time off. The pros far outweigh this con.
