      Pros

      Nothing, nothing, nothing, They will at-least pretend to listen to you but it will fall on deaf ears.

      Cons

      Broken toilet, broken elevator, messy and stinking kitchen, horrible infrastructure, primitive computers, salary not on time, taking away your certificates for a year so that you don't run away. It works like a scamming company

      Great people to work with, fantastic and encouraging management team wanting to hear your ideas, and ability to try/fail/try/succeed.

      Cons

      They are no longer open. They could not compete with the other search engines. Hope the teams are still succeeding at being awesome.
