Pros
Wonderful team spirit. Small theatre but with big ambition, which can prove very fulfilling for the Artists. Great location and loyal audience.
Cons
Too much ambition means employees are overworked. Luzern Kanton salaries are low in Switzerland. Advertising isnt up to Theatre standards considering Luzern is also home to the KKL.
