The company has some of the smartest and hardest working individuals. Everybody works well together to solve some of the hardest problems. Features, bug fixes, and requests get delivered to production fast and efficiently. This company has a lot of cool projects despite the low number of employees. I have not seen that much products and services get managed and maintained by few employees. The company is very diverse, which makes it interesting company to work for. Employees are empowered, and creativity is highly valued in this company.

It is really hard to recommend this job to friends due to expectations. The standard is really high. Work can be really stressful and burnout due to several factors like bear market, luck, low employee head count. Leaders can get really stressed out, and it gets contagious to employees.
