Cashflow issues resulting in a lot company problems. Employees are ignored when we ask for help and support. There is no diversity within the company this contributes to a hostile work environment where individuals are penalized for being different or speaking out (HR ESPECIALLY). Lack of career progression and a lack of consideration towards staff members results in a high staff turn over and inexperienced staff members.
