- Pay is not enough for the workload, constantly asked to do more and more work without any pay increase - Lack of progression and progression support - Clear divide in how teams are treated. As a member of CS we have been told we are at the bottom of the pile and the way we are treated reflects this. - Company do not see mental health as something they should actively be supporting, especially in high-stress roles (hundreds of angry customers, complaints, and extremely high workload) - the culture has changed from being supportive to being treated like we are expendable and can easily be replaced - Any feedback on how the company can improve is ignored and they are not interested in making it a more positive work environment. - CEO told people to quit if they have any concerns with how the company treats their employees. - sales targets are unattainable and management have confirmed this many times (why offer commission if you are setting staff up to fail? Why have goals to work towards if they are not achievable?) - Terrible work hours (who works 9-6 and still gets paid pennies?)
