Pros

They are well known and have good ratings on google so you get a lot of projects coming in

Cons

There's barely any design work and more interior decorating (buying furniture). There are no benefit or any perks only lots of hours to be worked and underappreciation. They got rid of the office and made everyone freelancers working from home almost overnight with no warning or support. It was clear the owner did that to cut cost while renting out the house that was our office. They hire anyone who calls themselves a designer as long as you are willing to do the unpaid overtime and for a low salary.

Pros

Many of the designershave been with the company for over 10 years and it is no surprise why. The management team and designers get along like family. We design together and spend social time together when we can which creates for a great atmosphere. The lead designers get a lot of independece and what is great is that the company works on a full circle apprach. The designer is in charge of an entire project from initial consultation to final accessories at the end allowing them to build a rapport with the clients, trades and ultimately commit to the project to the fullest.

Cons

Very very busy! Can be stressful at times.

Pros

Beautiful office to work from but owners also structured designers to be able to work flexible hours and from home. I worked at the company for 5 years and left since we moved to a different city but still stay in touch with them. The owner has a clear vision for the direction of the designs and we were working on some pretty exciting projects such as a home renovation of 10,000 sq. ft on The Bridle Path and more recently I was part of the design team working on The Tapestry by Hilton Hotels in Niagara Falls.

Cons

When projects ramp up it can get very busy and long hours are sometimes necessary but other times we get time off to balance
