Pros
The products are decent, but always seem to be late to market.
Cons
The CEO changes the upper management every 2-3 years. The last executive team was doing great and the company culture was doing very well. Then a new team of "CEO buddies" came in. I hear they have been totally irresponsible in their spending -- giving themselves bonuses, lavish personal compensation, etc. Nepotism and cronyism are rampant. If you are a manager, BEWARE because you can get chopped any day for no reason.
